Javier Perez Born in August 23rd, 1976 in San Juan, Puerto Rico Single, raising my beautiful daughter Kayli Perez age 12 I had a simple life growing up, no money whatsoever. Started working at age 7 and since then haven’t stopped. Started first company at 15 years old with my stepfather which now owns it and has ran it into a successful business. Played baseball, volleyball, basketball and track in high school and was named “Most Outstanding Athlete” all 4 years of high school. Started bodybuilding in 2001 and finished my career in 2004, mostly to spend time with the family and grow as a businessman. I love motivating people, I love to speak to everyone about my failures and success. At age 33 and recently separated after 12 years of marriage and having custody of my daughter, trust me I have plenty of knowledge to motivate anyone. I have always taken care of my body, it is a sanctuary. Been a fitness/fashion model is not easy, a lot of hard work comes with it. There is no off season when you are a model, which I like. My plans right now is to shoot my new portfolio the last week of this month and have another project to shoot in November 2oth or so in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. I am available for shoots, motivational seminars, commercials, fundraisers, etc. I love people and want everyone around me to succeed. I will accomplish my dreams because that is my purpose in life. God, my daughter and my family are my strength. With their help I leave a good legacy before I exit earth. I will like to thank Greg Lee for believing in me.
