seminars and/or guest training seminars.  Whether it be POWER LIFTING,
BODYBUILDING, STRONGMAN, FIGURE, FITNESS or the ever impressive ULTIMATE

beginners, intermediate or advanced. All of these athletes are experienced with

Guest Poser
It is sometimes very difficult to choose who you would like to have as a
guest poser or guest speaker at your event or opening. We try to make it
easier for you by bringing the Pro and Top Amateur Athletes to you. On this
site you can choose an athlete to guest pose, hold a special "training" day
at your facility or be a guest speaker on health, nutrition and training.

We pride ourselves in having the most knowledgeable and friendly
athletes in the sport today. Our athletes range from Top IFBB Pros, NPC
National level competitors and State Level Champions!! These athletes are
sure to put on a great show and represent you and your event/business
well! The athletes can also provide photos and autograph sessions for
your guests.

TRAINING SEMINARS
Choosing your Guest Training Athlete is very important! Muscle does
not necessarily mean proper training technique. Having an athlete that
is knowledgeable on training forms, stretching, routines and re
cooperation is essential in anyone's lifestyle. An athlete to oversee
form and execution of each exercise to give you proper instruction and
guidance in helping with muscle growth and flexibility.

Everyone's body is different and reacts differently to certain
exercises. The athlete will walk you through and help you choose
which exercises would best fit your workout routine. These athletes
are professionals and can answer all questions concerning training
whether its hardcore lifting or general health and fitness.
